- Talent Acquisition Business Partner
- Permanent Full-Time
- Melbourne CBD / Hybrid
What’s the Brief? This Australian and New Zealand based utility services company have created leading edge technology that delivers innovative solutions to customers to maximise digital and new energy services.
Behind the innovation is a refreshingly down-to-earth culture. It’s commercial without being cut-throat, collaborative without being fluffy, and a place where good work gets noticed.
This is a genuinely hands-on Talent Acquisition role in a lean team. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across diverse portfolios while also helping shape how the TA function evolves, improves and scales for what’s next.
Is This Your Perfect Match? Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll take on a fast-moving TA role, working across a range of diverse positions and stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine love for the TA space. Someone who lives for the chase, thrives on building connections, and knows how to have the kind of conversations that make candidates say, “I’m in.” You’ll be recruiting everything from tech roles to data scientists and architects (and plenty more), collaborating with stakeholders of all styles, and bringing your energy, creativity, and speed to every search.

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on interview approach, assessment, remuneration and market insights
- Drive continuous improvement across TA, including optimising the ATS, workflows, templates and reporting
- Produce recruitment metrics and insights to support decision-making and time-to-hire improvements
- Support employer brand initiatives, including LinkedIn Life page, EVP activation and social content
- Coordinate external agency relationships and vendor processes when specialist support is required
- Contribute to recruitment training and capability uplift for hiring managers

- Strong proactive sourcing capability with confidence hunting technical and specialist profiles

- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality and candidate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, credible and professional style
- Organised and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
