The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, primarily within the finance industry
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
• Providing technical advice across a range of accounting and taxation matters
• Assisting with advisory engagements including FBT, GST, Div 7A, Section 100A and Division 296 matters
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with the Partner and senior team on client matters

This role offers strong technical exposure and the opportunity to work directly with decision-makers.
 
What You'll Bring

• Degree-qualified in Accounting or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualified, or currently undertaking (preferred but not essential)
• Approximately 5+ years' experience in public practice for Senior Accountant level
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards
• Experience with Xero and/or Class
• Exposure to FBT, GST, Div 7A and Section 100A
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
