The Role
As a Client Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's Client Delivery Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to accounting and bookkeeping teams
- Coordinating workflows, schedules and deadlines across multiple client engagements
- Liaising with clients, the ATO and other external stakeholders
- Supporting compliance activities and corporate administration processes
- Managing correspondence, documentation and client records
- Assisting with diary management, meetings and internal coordination
- Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
This role is varied, fast-paced and central to the smooth operation of the firm.
What You'll Bring - Minimum 2+ years' experience in an accounting practice or professional services environment, or 3+ years' experience in a high-level administrative role
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
- Experience liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero or XPM is advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to ATO dealings or compliance workflows is desirable
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
