Due to internal career progression, they seek a suitably qualified and experienced Client Director/Associate Client Director. About the Role:
This role provides full autonomy over a diverse portfolio of clients, with you and your team responsible for:
Tax Work:
- Develop an annual calendar for tax work, setting out target dates for completion.
- Properly communicate dates with clients to set expectations and keep clients advised
Accounting & Advisory: - Ensure all bookkeeping work is up-to-date and payroll deadlines are met
- Ensure all periodical work (EOM, EOQ etc) is completed and ready on time
Team Management: - Establishes the annual budget and financial targets for the team
- Analyses and acts on relevant trends identified in the company team’s financial data
- Monitors and controls the team’s financial performance in line with agreed budgets
- Ensure the quality of work from team members meets the accepted internal guidelines
- Maintain responsibility for the recruitment and retention of your staff
Client Management: - Ensure that clients are happy and satisfied with the service they are receiving.
- Develop mechanisms to ensure client satisfaction
General Duties: - Assistance with the development of the systems and processes
- Auditing of compliance with the agreed systems & processes
- Provide input into the strategic direction of the business
- Actively participate in sales and business development activites
