About The Role

Join DBG Health as a Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Platforms) for a 12-month Fixed-Term contract. Playing a critical role in delivering large-scale transformation programs, including the Dynamics 365 Global ERP initiative. You will lead end-to-end analysis across complex workstreams, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, aligned to strategy, and translated into high-quality solutions that deliver measurable value.
 
Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across Dynamics 365 ERP workstreams, from discovery through to delivery and readiness
• Elicit, define, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability and quality throughout the lifecycle
• Develop current and future state process models, driving alignment across process, data, and integration layers
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify needs, prioritise requirements, and support fit-to-standard decision making
• Partner with architects, delivery teams, and vendors to shape solutions and resolve complex challenges
• Mentor analysts and contribute to uplifting BA standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organisation

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large-scale ERP or enterprise platform transformations (ideally Dynamics 365)
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and end-to-end analysis delivery
• Experience working across complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to lead workshops, influence decisions, and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and business process design
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to BA practice improvement
