About The Role
Step into a pivotal role as Senior Corporate Accountant within DBG Health's group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial insights, strengthening governance frameworks, and partnering with stakeholders across the business in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead monthly group consolidation, including journals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
- Deliver statutory, management, board, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of corporate functions and performance
- Manage compliance with accounting standards (incl. AASB 16), financial regulations, and internal controls
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to resolve technical accounting issues and meet obligations
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including reporting frameworks, systems, and process improvements
Skills & Experience - Proven experience in group consolidation and statutory reporting within a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and financial compliance requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial insights
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and reconciliation capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across finance and business teams
- CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise
