About The Role
Join Arrotex Innovation as a Senior Brand Manager - Oncology, leading the strategy and growth of the Haematology & Oncology portfolio. This role drives long-term brand performance, commercial outcomes, and innovative engagement across prescribers, pharmacists, and key industry stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of Oncology brand and portfolio strategies to achieve 1-5 year growth objectives
- Own end-to-end brand management, including forecasting, demand planning, and A&P budget control
- Design and implement omnichannel go-to-market strategies across prescriber and pharmacy channels
- Partner cross-functionally, collaborate with and activate sales teams, present strategies and results to senior leadership
- Engage KOLs to generate insights and drive product uptake
- Monitor and optimise performance through data-driven reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
Skills & Experience - Proven experience in senior brand or product management, ideally oncology specialist pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong strategic capability with experience managing complex portfolios and long-term growth plans
- Experience with omnichannel marketing / digital transformation; familiarity with emerging AI capabilities (including agentic AI applications)
- Deep understanding of healthcare markets, including prescriber engagement and regulatory considerations
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial strategies
- Experience in forecasting, financial management, and A&P budget ownership
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
