About the Role:

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders within the primary care environment, driving territory sales and business objectives.

You'll play a pivotal role in executing sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships, and promoting the quality use of medicines through ethical and professional engagement. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful health outcomes while building a rewarding career within a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilites

Manage and grow a defined territory to achieve sales targets, including planning call cycles, meeting activity KPIs, and engaging HCPs through appointments, drop-ins, and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and practice staff, expanding access to prescribers and strengthening professional networks
Execute sales and marketing strategies, including territory business planning, account management, and performance tracking against targets
Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and share insights to optimise territory performance and drive best practice approaches
Commit to ongoing professional development while ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and workplace health & safety requirements
