About The Role
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving sustainable brand growth through commercially successful innovation, best-in-class go-to-market execution, disciplined category and portfolio management, and high-impact asset development. This role connects strategy to execution, ensuring strong retailer integration and delivery of financial targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end commercialisation of innovation, from concept validation through to launch and post-launch optimisation
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong retailer integration, distribution, and in-market performance
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, NPD) to deliver aligned, commercially successful campaigns
- Own category and portfolio performance, including pricing strategy, SKU rationalisation, forecasting, and growth planning
- Develop retailer-ready sell-in strategies, presentations, and activation plans to secure ranging and promotional support
- Lead the development of high-quality campaign assets and toolkits across packaging, POS, and digital channels
Skills & Experience - 5-10 years' experience in Marketing or Commercial roles, ideally within FMCG or personal care across Pharmacy and Grocery
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects from strategy through to execution
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision making and performance optimisation
- Experience in innovation pipeline management, go-to-market execution, and retailer engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Highly organised, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
