About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to join DBG Health in Richmond. This is a key leadership role within the Supply Chain function, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across planning, logistics, purchasing, and customer management.
You will play a critical role in shaping and executing supply chain strategy while leading a high-performing team and driving transformation initiatives to support ongoing business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-20 (direct & indirect reports) across planning, logistics, purchasing and customer management
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute supply chain strategy aligned to business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, forecasting, warehousing and transport to enhance efficiency and service levels
- Manage relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners to optimise performance and cost outcomes
- Oversee demand and supply planning to ensure optimal stock levels, minimise stock-outs and improve forecast accuracy
- Lead and deliver strategic supply chain projects across systems, processes and operations
Skills & Experience - Proven experience in a Supply Chain leadership role within FMCG, pharmaceutical or a related industry
- Strong negotiation capability, both internally and externally, across commercial and operational supplier matters
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, including ownership and management of P&L budgets exceeding $20M
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions
- Wholesale customer service experience, with a strong background in stakeholder management and direct customer engagement
- Experience managing 3PL providers, international freight and supplier relationships
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
