The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to step into a dual-function role blending customer care with property and settlement support in a highly specialised, purpose-led environment.
Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you'll support customers through important financial and life moments, while also contributing to the coordination of property and settlement processes behind the scenes.
It's a role that offers real variety, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but also thrives in structured, detail-driven work.

The Role
Customer Care (approx. 70%)

• Acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries (phone and email)
• Supporting customers and their families through a range of enquiries, some of which can be sensitive or complex in nature
• Providing clear, accurate information and guiding customers through next steps
• Booking and coordinating appointments with internal teams
• Escalating more complex matters where required
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Please note: this is not a sales role - there are no outbound or cold calling requirements.
Completions & Settlements Support (approx. 30%)

• Supporting property-related transactions including settlements, buy-backs and estate matters
• Preparing documentation, coordinating valuations and tracking file progress
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders such as solicitors
• Managing timelines and ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date

About You
You bring a strong balance of empathy and structure, you're confident on the phone, but equally comfortable managing detailed processes and documentation.
You will have:

• Experience in banking, property, conveyancing or a similar environment
• Strong phone-based customer service skills and a professional, empathetic approach
• Exposure to contracts, settlements or property transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence handling sensitive situations with care and professionalism
• Strong administrative and organisational capability
