The Practice
A warm and welcoming opportunity exists for an experienced part time receptionist to join a respected boutique Psychology Practice specialising in Family Law matters. Located in a beautiful heritage building in leafy Kew, this role is perfect for someone who values meaningful work, a calm professional environment, and the opportunity to work close to home. 

The Role
You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing the reception and front-of-house experience with empathy, discretion and professionalism. Supported by a close-knit team of dedicated clinicians, your days will be varied, people-focused and rewarding.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and directing enquiries appropriately
• Welcoming clients, including those who may be navigating complex or sensitive circumstances
• Managing reception and front desk operations
• Maintaining client files with care, accuracy and discretion
• Inbox management and composing professional correspondence
• Liaising with external lawyers to collect documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinating clinician calendars and appointments
• Ordering office and kitchen supplies
• Coordinating deliveries and general office requirements
• Ensuring reception and waiting areas are calm, tidy and well-presented

Working in a close knit team, with another Full time Receptionist, you will love the flexibility to make this 4 hours a day, 4 days a week role work with your other outside commitments. Hours could be 930am to 130pm or 10am to 2pm etc - great for Mums that need to coordinate school drop offs. 

About you

• We're looking for an experienced receptionist with a warm, mature and professional manner
• Naturally empathetic, customer-focused and comfortable working with sensitive matters
• Highly organised, reliable and confident juggling multiple tasks
• Strong computer literacy and polished presentation
• Experience in a medical, legal or psychology practice is advantageous but not essential
