He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
This role plays an important part in helping our regions deliver quality health and wellbeing services to the community. Operating within a fast-paced call management environment, it is responsible for the seamless coordination of essential home-based care and support services.
As the key link between our community Support Workers and valued clients, this position ensures the delivery of timely, personalised care—empowering individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
One-year fixed term contract
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 hours day negotiable between 6:30am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $25.50 - Additional allowances of $0.45 - $0.50 per hour apply based on role criteria.
