About the role
We are seeking a Portfolio Scheduling & Reporting Lead to join our Group Project Management Office (GPMO).
Reporting to the Head of GPMO, this role is responsible for maintaining the organisation’s enterprise project schedule and portfolio reporting. You will provide a consolidated view of project timelines, dependencies, risks and resource demand across strategic initiatives, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions on delivery priorities.
What you’ll do
- Maintain the enterprise master schedule across organisational projects
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, sequencing risks and delivery impacts
- Support Project Managers and business teams to develop aligned and realistic project schedules
- Design and maintain portfolio reporting dashboards and executive reporting
- Provide insights on milestones, resource demand and delivery progress
- Partner with Finance to support portfolio budget tracking and forecasting
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Portfolio Reporting Analyst
About you
You are an experienced PMO or portfolio professional with strong analytical and scheduling capability.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in PMO, portfolio scheduling or project controls roles
- Experience managing complex multi-project schedules and portfolio reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate delivery data into clear insights
- Experience using tools such as MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira or Confluence
- Experience working within enterprise PMO or programme governance environments
