About the role
Evaluate and improve current business practices, looking at ways to improve productivity, deliver customer excellence through business efficiency improvements, reduce costs, and make the best use of company resources.
Act as a business partner to understand requirements and take concepts forward to implement services, processes, policies and procedures in support of becoming a customer-centric and performance-focused business. You will work on both the creation of new processes and the enhancement of existing processes.
What you’ll do
- Partner with teams across the business to deliver both process improvement and new process design initiatives that enhance performance, customer experience and operational efficiency
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to identify root causes, design and implement solutions, and sustain improvements
- Collect and analyse data to establish project baselines and targets, using insights to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making
- Act as an enabler for strategic business initiatives by supporting and delivering projects across various methodologies, including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma
- Facilitate collaborative workshops and stakeholder engagement to co-create possible solutions or improvements by collaborating with business owners, internal and/or external customers
- Lead and manage business improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality expectations
- Document and maintain business processes, rules, metrics, and procedures to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing
- Act as a change agent and mentor, building capability across the organisation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
About you
- Experience in a similar role
- Certified with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt as a minimum
- Proven experience with data analysis
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, proactive and showcases initiative
- Experience with the following is advantageous: SigmaXL, Power BI
