Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Nights (7pm start)
Warehouse Shift Manager Salary: Up to £40,500 per annum

About the Warehouse Shift Manager Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to join my client’s distribution centre within the food industry. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of despatch on the night shift, managing 2/3 team leaders and indirectly 50 operatives. If you have a passion for warehousing and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that standards of H&S and food safety are met
• Overall responsibility of orders being picked correctly and out the door in time

What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Shift Manager:

• Strong warehouse management experience (Essential)
• Food industry experience (Desirable)
• IOSH/NEBOSH (Desirable)
