We are currently recruiting for a leading manufacturer in the heart of Washington, is seeking talented Labourers/Production workers to join our dynamic production team. You will be an integral part of our fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge products that drive our industry forward.  Working on a two shift pattern of days and back shift, must be flexible for shifts and also available for weekend overtime.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in production and labourer duties, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Willingness to adapt to a two-shift pattern and work as part of a team
• Previous factory experience is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in a similar labourer or production role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues

Weekly pay = Days £12.21ph, Backs £15.26, Saturday £15.26ph and Sunday £16.24ph
