JDR Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Leicester. We provide agile, future-proof staffing solutions across sectors including Warehouse, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Professional Services, and Driving & Logistics.

We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a background in sales who are ready to take the next step in their recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all candidates
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Advertise vacancies effectively across all major job boards
• Provide an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates
• Screen, interview, and vet all candidates thoroughly
• Complete all required compliance checks
• Arrange and attend meetings with new and current clients
• Work collaboratively with your team and support colleagues as needed

What You'll Need:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for success and a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

• Competitive basic salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission, paid monthly
• 30 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)
• Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00 AM start
