Centre Director – Lead, Inspire, Thrive
Permanent, full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Join St Cecilia's Long Day Care and Kindergarten as our next Centre Director and lead a beautiful 49-place boutique service in the heart of Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program
- Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
Job Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Child Protection Training as required
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
- Willingness to serve as Nominated Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Experience in childcare service management
- Proficient in computer skills, including childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
