Are you a dedicated educator looking to make a difference? St James OSHC, Coorparoo is seeking a motivated team member to support our welcoming and community-focused service.
As part of the St James school community, our OSHC provides quality care for up to 60 primary school-aged children through our Before School Care (BSC) and After School Care (ASC) programs.
Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will play a key role as an Educator, creating a safe, engaging and supportive environment where children can thrive.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing and attentive care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Creating fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences

Job requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable. 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
