Full-Time Private Family Driver
Fisher Island - Boca Raton - Wellington
Salary: $100,000+ | Family Vehicle Provided
We are assisting a family with residences between Fisher Island and Boca Raton in hiring a highly professional, experienced Full-Time Private Driver. The ideal candidate has a strong background driving for UHNW (ultra-high-net-worth) families, demonstrates impeccable discretion, and has 8+ years of continuous experience in private-service roles with no major résumé gaps.
About the Role
The driver will primarily transport the family—especially their teenage daughter—to and from school, after-school activities, social commitments, and other daily needs. The position also includes driving the parents, particularly the father, to and from work, business meetings, and events.
The family provides the vehicle and prioritizes safety, professionalism, and reliability above all.
Responsibilities

• Daily driving of teenage daughter: school, activities, social events
• Driving both parents to/from work, business meetings, dinners, and appointments
• Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Safe, defensive driving between Fisher Island, Boca Raton, Wellington, and surrounding areas
• Vehicle care: ensuring cleanliness, fueling, maintenance appointments
• Running household errands and returns during downtime
• Coordinating with household staff regarding scheduling and family needs

Schedule

• Five days on / two weekdays off (weekend availability required)
• Typical hours: On call from 7 AM - 7 PM, with infrequent later nights
• Family rarely requires driving past 11 PM

Requirements

• 8+ years of private family driving experience
• Long-term tenure in prior roles (no significant résumé gaps)
• Experience interacting with and transporting teenagers
• Extremely discreet, trustworthy, and polished
• Professional demeanor appropriate for corporate transport situations
• Strong knowledge of South Florida routes, traffic patterns, and protocols
• Clean driving record    Compensation
• Starting salary: $100,000+ per year, depending on experience
• Family vehicle provided for all driving duties
