Nanny - Westchester, NY (Live-In or Live-Out) Rate: $40-$45/hr | Guaranteed 40 hours/week Benefits: Health insurance, PTO

A busy and active family in Westchester, NY is seeking an experienced career nanny to care for their school-aged children. Candidates must be local to the Tri-State area, have at least 5 years of experience with multiple school-aged children, and be comfortable working as part of a nanny team.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident with structure and boundaries, and able to maintain schedules while still being fun, active, and engaging. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset are essential.

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of relevant nanny experience

-Experience with multiple school-aged children

-Strong character with ability to set boundaries and manage behaviors

-Valid driver's license (car provided while working)

-Longevity in past roles with verifiable references

-Must pass an extensive background check

-Local to the Tri-State area

Additional Details:

-No travel required (family travels frequently without nanny)

-Guaranteed 40 hours weekly; overtime paid when applicable

-Live-in option available with a private room and living space
