We are seeking an experienced and proactive House Manager to oversee the operations of a newly completed 25,000 sq. ft. luxury home in Miami and assist with the management of a fully staffed yacht. This live-out role is ideal for a seasoned private service professional who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and hands-on. Spanish fluency and local Miami candidates are required.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise household staff including housekeepers, nannies, chef, and yacht personnel

Maintain high service standards and a positive work environment

Property & Vendor Management

Oversee vendors, service contracts, and repairs for the home, yacht, vehicles, and other assets

Manage systems including HVAC, security, landscaping, pools, wine cellar, and artwork

Source and manage reliable, cost-effective vendors

Household Operations

Run errands, manage inventory, shipping, dry cleaning, and household supplies

Maintain a detailed household manual with procedures, vendors, and schedules

Administrative

Track household budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices in coordination with the family office

Event Coordination

Assist with planning and executing small gatherings and hospitality needs

Requirements

Extensive private service or household management experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented

Comfortable with smart home technology

Valid driver's license and U.S. passport

Fluent Spanish required

Must be local to Miami, FL

Position Details

Location: Miami, FL (Live-out)

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 DOE

Vacation: 3 weeks

Benefits: Up to $600/month medical reimbursement
