Role: Team Lead - B2C Frontend Development

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Next.js and Node.js in e-commerce projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of frontend and backend developers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale B2C projects with high user traffic (100k+ daily sessions).
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of component-driven design and development.
• Familiarity with frontend monitoring tools and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for clean design, code quality, and enhancing user experiences.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for pixel-perfect implementation.

• Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks.
• Experience with WordPress setup and development.
• Familiarity with backend development (C# or Java).
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Proficiency in automated browser testing.
• Experience building real-time dashboards.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
