Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of team maturity levels and will bring innovative perspectives on team structuring and team typologies. This role is not focused on process expertise but rather on guiding teams towards higher performance and maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Coaching: Guide and mentor teams to improve their maturity levels, focusing on enhancing collaboration, communication, and overall team dynamics.
• Team Structuring: Provide insights and strategies on how to structure teams effectively, considering team typologies and the unique needs of each team.
• Product Discovery: Leverage your experience in product discovery to help teams identify and prioritize customer needs, ensuring that the product development process is aligned with business goals.
• Agile Practices: Promote and support Agile practices and principles, helping teams to adopt and adapt these practices in a way that best suits their context.
• Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to foster continuous improvement and learning within teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure
alignment and support for Agile initiatives.
