This permanent, hybrid role blends deep technical troubleshooting with hands-on engineering and solution delivery, offering the best of both the support and engineering worlds.

Preferred Requirements:

• Serve as the senior escalation point for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) support, leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues across core platform services.
• Architect, deliver, and deploy bespoke GCP solutions end-to-end, ensuring technical excellence and strong customer outcomes.
• Design, provision, and manage secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for infrastructure and application deployments through CI/CD pipelines, using Python, Go, or Bash scripting.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting integrations using GCP-native and third-party tools to support operational reliability.
