Client Director – Precision Medicine (Hybrid or Remote, U.S.-based)
 
Location: This is a hybrid role based in New Jersey (3 days per week in-office). Fully remote work may be considered depending on the candidate's location within the U.S.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Director to join a growing life sciences organization focused on advancing precision medicine. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing relationships with major biopharma clients and supporting the commercial success of diagnostic and data-driven healthcare solutions.
You’ll work across internal cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client-focused strategies that improve patient outcomes and support the broader mission of personalized treatment.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets through account expansion and strategic engagement across key pharmaceutical clients.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, deeply understanding stakeholder needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Deliver tailored solutions using internal capabilities in diagnostics, data analytics, and commercial strategy.
• Build and execute account plans to support client goals and maximize business value.
• Identify and act on new business opportunities within assigned accounts and markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams—such as data science, project management, and commercial strategy—to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Prepare and present business proposals, statements of work, and ongoing project reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and developments in precision medicine.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing roles within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Demonstrated success in complex B2B selling—especially involving data, diagnostics, and high-value services.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
• Experience in oncology and/or non-oncology therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; capable of influencing decision-makers and guiding strategic discussions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) preferred.
