Part-Time Care Assistant (Ideal for Public Transport Users)
Support local clients across Wandsworth, Lambeth & Dulwich — no car needed.
Pay: £13.15 (Mon–Fri) | £14.00 (Weekends)
Hours: Part-time, flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm
Travel: Suitable for those using buses, trains or the underground
Visit Length: Minimum 1-hour visits

You’ll support adults in their own homes across Wandsworth, Lambeth and Dulwich, travelling between visits using public transport.
Whether you’re experienced or brand new to care, full training and ongoing support are provided.
What You’ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help clients remain independent and comfortable in familiar surroundings.
Your support may include:
- Personal care such as washing, dressing and daily routines
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Companionship, conversation and emotional support
- Encouraging confidence, mobility and independence
- Supporting clients with hobbies, errands or local outings
Because each visit lasts at least an hour, you’ll never be rushed — you’ll have time to make a genuine difference.

- Are able to commit to some weekend availability
- Can travel confidently using public transport
