Field Care Supervisor
£28,000 - £30,000 per year

Location: Wandsworth
 
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Care Supervisor to join a well-established, high-performing domiciliary care provider in Wandsworth.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community.
 
The Role
 
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and Care Professionals, ensuring care is delivered to a consistently high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting a team of up to 30 Care Professionals
• Carrying out introductions, supervisions and spot checks
• Completing Care Certificate observations and supporting with medication and moving and handling
• Conducting client reviews and quality assurance visits
• Auditing care records, including call logs and eMARs
• Identifying trends and supporting improvements across the service
• Working closely with families, healthcare professionals and the wider community

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the care sector, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or above)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A team player with a positive, proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Based locally to Wandsworth or within an easy commute
• Right to work in the UK

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to participate in out-of-hours support
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends
