Care Assistant - Tea time visits (3pm-6pm or 4pm-7pm)
Location: Chester and the surrounding areas

As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. We are specifically looking for someone who may be able to work a few afternoons per week between 3pm - 6pm or 4pm - 7pm, supporting our lovely clients with making their tea and taking medication. We can be flexible on the days you can work.

Responsibilities:
As a Home Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
- Support with medication
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements: - A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous care experience not a necessity as full training will be provided
- Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
