Location: Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon, Timperley, Sale, Hale Barns, Trafford
Salary: £14.00–£14.40 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Flexible hours – afternoons, evenings, weekends


About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistants with SEN expertise to support children in their own homes. This role is perfect for TAs looking for flexible work outside school hours, helping children achieve their learning and personal development goals in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with SEN at home, focusing on learning, development, and wellbeing
• Deliver tailored activities to meet each child’s individual needs
• Encourage independence, social skills, and confidence
• Communicate effectively with parents and professionals
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to families

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with SEN children
• Strong understanding of learning support strategies and individual needs
• Caring, patient, and reliable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends
• Right to work in the UK - Sponsorship is not available for this position
