The Role
We’re looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.
No prior care experience is required — your empathy, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
Shift Patterns (flexible options available):
- Morning and evening shifts available
- Morning shift – 07:00 to 15:00
- Evening shift – 17:00 to 22:00
- Weekend availability (every other weekend is a MUST)
- Full-time and part-time hours available
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will: - Provide personal care and support (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
- Offer companionship and build meaningful friendships
- Support with household tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and happy home environment
What We’re Looking For: - A kind, caring, and respectful nature
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Good communication skills and a friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
- Availability to work every other weekend
- A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
No formal qualifications are required, personal, voluntary, or professional experience in care is warmly welcomed.
What You’ll Receive: - Excellent pay: £13.00 per hour, plus milage

Additional Information: This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
