Our client is looking for a strong, people-focused Operations Manager to lead the daily running of their branch. You’ll oversee a team of Key Players, drive operational excellence, and help deliver outstanding care for our clients and Care Professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing office team.
• Ensure all employment, equality and H&S standards are met.
• Manage day-to-day operations and deliver the Franchise Owner’s growth strategy.
• Set targets, oversee budgets and monitor performance.
• Analyse key business data to drive productivity and improvements.
• Maintain high-quality service, compliance and care standards.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and support annual planning.
• Uphold confidentiality, policies and best practice across the business.

• Proven senior operational management experience.
• Strong team leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience improving office systems and using business data.
• Calm, professional approach under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organised, numerate, detail-focused and adaptable.
• Commercial awareness and strong negotiation ability.
• Confident IT user (Microsoft Office / Google Suite).
• Full driving licence and transport for local visits.
