Home Care Assistant – Domiciliary Support
Location: Tetbury 
Hours: Full-time or part-time – flexible to suit your lifestyle
Pay: £13.90–£15.02 per hour (limited company pay options available)

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support people in Tetbury to stay independent, comfortable, and connected — helping with daily routines, offering companionship, and making sure they feel valued and cared for.

Every visit is unique, but the difference you make is lasting.

What You’ll Do Your kindness and professionalism will help clients live life on their own terms. You’ll:

• Support with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and mobility
• Assist with medications, meal preparation, and hydration
• Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the day
• Help with light household tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming home
• Deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence

Who You Are You’re caring, dependable, and take pride in helping others. You’ll bring:

• At least 6 months’ experience in care (domiciliary, residential, or similar)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A compassionate and professional approach to care
• Strong communication and reliability skills
• The right to work in the UK and willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
