Complex Care Assistant – Children’s Support (Afternoon Shifts) Location: Gloucester – GL3 4QN
Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:30–18:30 (can be combined for more hours)
Pay: £14.50 per hour (Limited company rates available)

As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll support a child and her family in their own home — helping her stay safe, engaged, and confident while allowing her parents to balance their daily routines.
Every day, your care, patience, and positivity will help this child enjoy life to the fullest, both at home and out in the community.
What You’ll Do No two afternoons are the same — but your kindness and calm approach make all the difference. You’ll:
- Accompany the child to appointments, physiotherapy sessions, and activities
- Offer stimulating play and engagement at home
- Provide support to the family, allowing her father time to manage daily tasks
- Manage secretions confidently and calmly
- Over time, receive training to assist with NG tube feeding and medications (always alongside a parent)
