Location: Tetbury & Gloucester
Driving Licence: Required
Pay:
- Weekday Days (Mon–Fri): £14.60/hr
- Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): £17.12/hr
- Weekday Nights (Mon–Thurs): £16.60/hr
- Weekend Nights (Fri–Sun): £17.99/hr
Holiday Pay: Paid separately | Limited company pay options available

As a
Complex Care Assistant, you’ll help your clients live full, happy lives while feeling safe, supported, and valued. You’ll work one-to-one with them in their own homes and during activities, creating moments that truly matter.
What You’ll Do Every day is different — but your compassion and professionalism make all the difference. You’ll:
- Provide PEG feeding and other clinical support
- Assist with postural care, positioning, and mobility
- Encourage participation in community activities, hobbies, and social events
- Support clients on short breaks or holidays
- Follow personalised care plans and clinical guidance carefully
- Communicate clearly with families and your care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
