A Role with Purpose
If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with others, bringing calm to someone’s day, and making a meaningful difference, this role could be perfect for you.
You’ll support adults who want to remain in the comfort of their own homes — helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a sense of familiarity. Because visits are never rushed, you’ll have time to build trust and genuine relationships.
Whether you’ve worked in care before or are completely new to the sector, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You may:
- Support with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with medication routines
- Prepare meals and help with household tasks
- Offer companionship and conversation
- Encourage independence through daily activities
- Accompany clients to appointments or short outings
With minimum one-hour visits, you’ll have time to deliver care properly and attentively.
What You’ll Receive This role offers much more than a payslip. You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly team who value your contribution.
You can expect:
- £14.50–£15.50 per hour, plus mileage
- Early pay access through the pay app
- Paid training, shadowing, and continuous guidance
- Wellbeing support for mental and physical health
- Recognition for dedication and outstanding work
- Minimum one-hour visits — no rushing
- No uniform — feel comfortable being yourself
- Opportunities to progress and build a long-term career
You’ll work with private clients, giving you continuity and time to deliver truly personal care.
Who We’re Looking For Experience isn’t essential — your values are.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Kind, patient, and compassionate
- A clear and confident communicator
- Reliable and flexible
- Able to work every other weekend
- In possession of a full UK driving licence and your own car
- Legally able to work in the UK
If you’re looking for purposeful work with the right balance of flexibility and support, this is an excellent opportunity.
