We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator/Scheduler to join a well-established and reputable home care provider supporting clients across the community.

As the Scheduler, you’ll be the heart of the care coordination team — making sure clients receive reliable, high-quality support from the right Care Professionals at the right time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating and managing care schedules that put people first.
• Preparing weekly rotas and handling any last-minute changes with a smile.
• Matching Care Professionals and clients based on compatibility and continuity.
• Keeping in touch with clients, families, and the care team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Updating the scheduling system with accurate information.
• Supporting new Care Professionals with onboarding and ongoing training.
• Working with the wider team to keep all care packages fully staffed and well organised.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination — ideally in home care, healthcare, or another fast-paced setting like logistics.
• Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms).
• Naturally organised, calm under pressure, and great at problem-solving.
• Friendly communicator who enjoys building positive relationships.
• A team player with strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude.
