Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in . 

Position: Court of Protection Solicitor (Property & Affairs)                     
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: Berkshire (Hybrid)                        
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Work on a caseload of Court of Protection matters from a mixture of delegation and fee-earning work. 
• Conduct matters on behalf of clients with all due diligence, ensuring excellence in respect of technical advice and client service. 
• Participate in business development activities to support the growth of the firm. 
• Agree fees with clients in advance of billing. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Fully qualified solicitor ideally with 4+ years' PQE.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Eager to develop your personal career. 
• Ensure firm procedures are met and adhered to.
