Corporate Strategy & Insights Partner to drive organisational planning, elevate performance reporting, and embed a culture of insight-led decision making.

The Opportunity :
This role sits at the heart of organisational strategy, partnering with leaders to align priorities, measure performance, and deliver high-quality corporate reporting. You will guide the full Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) Framework, ensuring clarity, accountability, and meaningful insights at every level.
Your work will influence big decisions, shape organisational direction, and support transparent, community-aligned planning.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation and delivery of the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, Operational Plan, and other corporate planning documents.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to align planning, strategy, and performance.
- Manage the corporate performance system, ensuring data integrity, user capability and continuous improvement.
- Analyse organisational performance, identify trends, and distill insights for decision-makers.
- Project manage high-profile strategic publications, including the Annual Report and State of the Organisation/City reporting.
- Coordinate progress reporting aligned to organisational strategies and targets.
- Support and facilitate meaningful community engagement that informs planning and builds trust.
- Deliver presentations, training and workshops that uplift organisational capability.
- Drive best-practice corporate planning, governance and continuous improvement.
About You:
You are a strong communicator with the ability to turn data, plans, and community insights into clear narratives that influence and inspire. You thrive in environments where strategy meets people, and where your ability to coordinate, analys,e and collaborate makes a real impact.
You bring:
- Experience in strategy, corporate planning, performance reporting or insights.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting performance, business or community data.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Experience working with planning frameworks such as IP&R (desirable).
- Tertiary qualifications in business, strategy, planning or a relevant discipline — or equivalent hands-on expertise.
