The Role

This is not your traditional, policy-heavy HR role.

You’ll be:

• Partnering with leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams
• Coaching managers through everything from growth to tricky conversations
• Driving culture, engagement, and performance (with heart, not just process)
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle from attraction through to development
• Getting involved in meaningful HR projects that shape the future of the business

About You

You’re someone who gets HR and more importantly, gets people.

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Confident partnering with and influencing leaders
• Able to balance empathy with commercial thinking
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
• A natural relationship builder who loves creating positive employee experiences
