We’re looking for a technically savvy and customer-focused Web & Digital Experience Specialist to lead the evolution of a multi-site digital ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of multiple websites, drive a major platform consolidation project, and significantly enhance how customers interact with digital services.
About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising a portfolio of websites, ranging from simple informational sites through to more complex platforms with system integrations.
Working closely with Customer Experience, Communications, and ICT teams, you’ll ensure digital channels are high-performing, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices.
A major focus of the role is leading the development of technical specifications and vendor tender processes to bring multiple sites into a more unified and strategic digital environment.
