Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a premium property business in Melbourne’s inner south-east. This is a newly created role where you will take ownership of the marketing function and help shape the brand, digital presence, campaign activity, and overall marketing direction of a growing business.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be a hands-on marketing generalist who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. The role suits someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and delivering polished campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
The role:
This position will see you lead the full marketing function across brand, digital, campaigns, content, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. The brief calls for someone with strong digital and social media capability, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to maintain high presentation standards in a quality-driven business.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activity across campaigns, content, digital advertising, email marketing, website updates, and social media.
- Build marketing processes, systems, and best-practice frameworks for a growing business.
- Drive brand consistency across all marketing collateral, communications, and promotional activity.
- Support property and profile marketing initiatives, including listing campaigns and branded materials.
- Monitor SEO, lead generation, engagement, and digital performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
- Manage external suppliers and agency partners across creative, media, and digital channels.
- Assist with events, sponsorship activity, and broader brand engagement initiatives.
About you:To be successful in this role, you will bring at least five years’ marketing experience, ideally from property, luxury, lifestyle, or professional services environments. You will also have demonstrated experience across campaign management, content creation, digital channels, supplier management, and marketing performance reporting.
You will be confident using social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising tools. Strong written communication, attention to detail, organisation, and a collaborative, hands-on approach are also central to the brief.

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 + Super
