Campaign & Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Melbourne's East)

Be the driving force behind campaign delivery and marketing for a busy sales team.

If you're highly organized, love bringing a marketing brief to life, and enjoy owning a process from appraisal through to settlement, this could be your next move. You'll join a well-regarded real estate business in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, working closely with an established sales team where marketing and campaign administration are treated as genuinely valued parts of the business.

The Role
As Campaign & Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the administrative, compliance and marketing (VPA) side of the sales campaign lifecycle, while also supporting broader agent and business marketing needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing campaign files from appraisal through to settlement, including CMAs, SOIs and compliance documentation
• Liaising with vendors on marketing approvals, open times and campaign updates
• Creating property information sheets, digital brochures and social media tiles (Canva/InDesign)
• Coordinating signboards, window posters and auction set-ups with suppliers
• Managing online listing updates, digital brochures and auction status changes
• Posting and managing content across social media platforms
• End-of-month reconciliation of marketing and VPA spend
• Providing backup support to other Campaign Managers during leave
• Assisting with agent and business marketing collateral upon request
• General administration, including invoice reconciliation and CRM upkeep

About You

You're process-driven, calm under pressure and take pride in getting the details right. You enjoy variety, can juggle multiple campaigns at once, and are comfortable being the go-to person for both agents and vendors.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in a campaign management, marketing coordination or sales administration role within real estate
• Confidence using Canva and/or InDesign, plus comfort posting to social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of real estate compliance and legislative requirements
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet recurring deadlines across multiple files
• Clear, professional communication skills for liaising with vendors, agents and internal teams
• A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine enjoyment of marketing and design

Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super
