An opportunity has opened within the team for an experienced Property Manager to take on a quality portfolio in a stable, professional environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio from end to end.
• Conducting routine inspections, condition reports and final inspections.
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with landlords, renters and trades.
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Overseeing leasing activity including open for inspections and application processing.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
• Providing clear, professional communication at every stage.

About you:
You will have at least 1–2 years of property management experience and hold your Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV. Just as importantly, you’ll be calm under pressure, organised in your approach and confident when it comes to handling issues, solving problems and keeping things moving.
