This is a great opportunity for a confident Property Manager who enjoys running their own portfolio, building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

The opportunity:
This role is suited to an experienced residential Property Manager who can step in and confidently manage the day-to-day demands of a portfolio. Based in Melbourne’s south-east, you’ll work within a professional team environment where support is available, but where your experience and ability to operate independently will be genuinely valued.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of a residential portfolio.
• Responding to landlord and renter enquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with contractors and trades.
• Preparing leases, lease renewals and associated documentation.
• Conducting routine inspections plus ingoing and outgoing reports.
• Managing rent arrears and following matters through to resolution.
• Assisting with advertising, open for inspections and application processing where required.
• Ensuring files and communication remain compliant and up to date.

About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years of residential property management experience and be confident managing the core responsibilities of a portfolio with minimal supervision. You will be organised, calm under pressure and able to communicate effectively with landlords, renters, trades and colleagues alike.

You will also bring:

• Solid end-to-end residential property management experience.
• A strong understanding of leasing, maintenance, inspections and arrears processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent, plus a driver’s licence.
