About the Role:
An immediate opportunity exists for a motivated and capable Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 120–150 properties. This is a genuine end-to-end management role where you’ll be supported by an approachable team and offered the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of residential properties end to end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.
• Handle leasing, maintenance coordination, and routine inspections confidently.
• Maintain compliance and ensure a high standard of customer service.

About You:
We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have current or recent experience in residential property management.
• Hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid driver’s licence.
• Are organised, proactive, and confident managing your own portfolio.
• Bring a positive attitude and commitment to professional service.

The Offer

• Salary between $70,000–$75,000 + Super.
