The Role:
Join a collaborative and highly regarded commercial real estate agency in a full-time Trust Accounting role. You’ll work within an experienced accounting team, managing end-to-end commercial trust accounts across sales, leasing, and property transactions.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organisation, and contributing to a smooth-running finance function. You’ll be supported by senior team members and have the opportunity to build depth in your commercial trust accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete end-to-end commercial trust accounting across sales and leasing portfolios.
• Process daily receipting, disbursements, reconciliations, and trust audits in compliance with Victorian legislation.
• Assist with month-end processes, reporting, and compliance reviews.
• Liaise with property, leasing, and sales teams regarding settlements, deposits, and arrears.
• Contribute to internal controls and ensure accuracy across all trust operations.

About You:

• Solid experience in real estate trust accounting, ideally with exposure to commercial portfolios.
• Skilled in GOAT, RP Office, or similar trust accounting software.
• Strong numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and confidence managing reconciliations.
• Reliable team player who enjoys a structured, friendly environment.
• Professional communication style and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

The Offer:

This is a long-term full-time role offering stability, support, and the chance to join a highly experienced team that values collaboration and ongoing improvement. An attractive salary package will be negotiated based on experience and market conditions.

Salary range:  $85,000 - $100,000 + Super
