The role:
You’ll be the face on the ground for a busy residential portfolio, ensuring properties are presented at their best and prospective tenants receive an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting open for inspections and private appointments
• Handling rental enquiries, follow-ups and prospective tenant communication
• Processing tenancy applications and assisting with lease preparation
• Completing ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections with detailed reporting
• Coordinating keys, access and general field services tasks
• Providing proactive feedback to the property management and leasing team

About you:
You are professional, well-presented and thrive in a role that combines customer service with time on the road. You’re confident communicating with a wide range of people and enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in leasing, real estate sales support or property management (or strong customer service with a passion for real estate)
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A reliable car and current driver’s licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
