Join a high-performing residential team in a fast-paced Leasing Executive role covering premium apartments across Melbourne’s CBD and inner suburbs. This opportunity is ideal for a polished, energetic professional who thrives on client interaction and loves being out on the road.

The role:
You’ll be responsible for showcasing a quality residential portfolio and guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process from enquiry to move-in. Properties are primarily located in the CBD, Southbank, Mount Albert and Point Cook, giving you a great mix of locations and clientele.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing rental enquiries and booking inspections
• Conducting open for inspections and private appointments
• Processing tenancy applications and assisting with lease preparation and sign-ups
• Using Property Tree and Inspection Express for workflows, reporting and compliance
• Providing timely feedback to owners and the property management team
• Ensuring properties are well presented and advertised accurately online

This role is Monday to Friday with Saturdays worked on a roster, with time off in lieu provided for weekend work.

About you:
You are professional, well-presented and confident communicating with a diverse range of clients. You enjoy working autonomously out in the field while still being part of a supportive office-based team.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
• Experience in leasing, property management or residential real estate (or strong customer service within property)
• Proficiency with Property Tree and Inspection Express (or similar real estate software)
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A reliable car and current driver’s licence
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent time management
